By accessing or using Saytailor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. Saytailor is a Chrome extension that analyzes company websites and generates personalized cold emails using artificial intelligence. We provide the technology and tools, but you are responsible for how you use them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Saytailor account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@wildpixel.dev.
Each person or business entity may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse our service or circumvent limitations is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Saytailor is designed for legitimate business outreach and prospecting. You may use our service to generate personalized emails for sales, marketing, business development, and professional networking purposes. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including email marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
You may not use Saytailor to send spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or to harass individuals. You are prohibited from using our service for any illegal activities, fraudulent purposes, or to misrepresent your identity or intentions. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our technology. Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems is strictly forbidden.
The content generated by our AI is provided as a tool to assist your outreach efforts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any emails generated through our service. You must ensure that all communications you send are truthful, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws.
Saytailor operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased in advance and are consumed based on actual AI token usage when generating emails and analyzing websites. The cost is $0.001 per credit, which means 1,000 credits equals $1. The minimum purchase amount is $5, and the maximum single purchase is $999.
We offer volume bonuses to encourage larger purchases: purchases of $25 or more receive a 10% bonus in credits, and purchases of $100 or more receive a 20% bonus. These bonuses are automatically applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing users.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Payment is required before credits are added to your account, and all sales are final once credits have been used. You may optionally enable auto-recharge, which automatically purchases additional credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set. Auto-recharge can be disabled at any time through your account settings.
We offer a full refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. If you have used any portion of your purchased credits, those used credits are not eligible for refund, but unused credits may be refunded. After 30 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage. To request a refund, contact us at support@wildpixel.dev with your account details and purchase information. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Saytailor, including all software, algorithms, trademarks, and related technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our technology without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all information you provide to us, including your account settings, service descriptions, and business information. The research summaries and emails generated by our service are yours to use as you see fit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
We utilize third-party services including OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for data storage. Your use of our service is also subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service depends on third-party providers including OpenAI, and disruptions to these services may affect Saytailor's functionality. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance when possible. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when feasible, though emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.
Saytailor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that artificial intelligence can produce errors, and you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
We do not warrant that our service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be suitable for your particular business needs. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on information or content generated by our service. You acknowledge that email outreach carries inherent risks and that success is not guaranteed. We are not liable for the results or outcomes of your email campaigns or business activities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saytailor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any emails you send using content generated by our service. You are responsible for ensuring that your email outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wildpixel.dev or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited unless you are eligible for a refund under our refund policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, fail to pay for credits, or use our service in a manner that harms other users or our business. We will provide reasonable notice of termination when possible, though we may terminate immediately for serious violations. Upon termination by us, you forfeit any remaining credits.
After account termination, we will delete your personal information according to our data retention policy as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@wildpixel.dev to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wildpixel regarding your use of our service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party without restriction. All notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account, and you agree to keep your contact information current.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in our service. The updated terms will include a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Saytailor extension and Wildpixel products after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our service and may close your account.
